Phoenix (Ariz.) Mountain Pointe offensive lineman Kenny Lacy took his first official visit this past weekend. Turned out the trip to UCLA was all the 6-foot-5, 270-pound three-star needed to make his college choice.
"UCLA is the just the place for me," Lacy said via text. "I could just feel it."
Lacy also said he would take two or three more visits before finalizing his decision. He plans to visit Nebraska and Arkansas and will also consider his trip to Oklahoma.
The three-star prep has had an impressive senior season thus far. Originally there were some concerns regarding his overall ability but Lacy has been able to erase the doubt after a few games this season.
Lacy has a 247Composite ranking of 90 which makes him a four-star recruit as averaged by several major recruiting services.
