Las Vegas (Nev.) Bishop Gorman star player Shabazz Muhammad has committed to the UCLA Bruins. The 6-foot-5, 205-pound prep committed to UCLA over Kentucky among others.
Muhammad is the No. 2 ranked player in the nation and No. 1 small forward.
Oak Hill Academy (Va.) small forward Jordan Adams is also committed to UCLA in the class of 2012.
6-foot-8, 215-pound prep Kyle Anderson from St. Anthony (N.J) has signed his letter of intent to play for UCLA in this class as well.
Amid the speculation that Bruin head coach Ben Howland may be on he hot seat, the commitment from Muhammad is certainly some positive momentum.
